The People Behind Our Lexington Restoration Work

We're a restoration crew that works in Lexington homes, mostly in basements. Groundwater seepage, sump failures, sewer backups and the mold that can follow are the jobs we see most, along with burst pipes and appliance leaks upstairs.

Our Approach

Every job starts with the source and a moisture map. We decide what to remove based on readings, not guesses, and we explain why before anything is cut. Drying runs until the numbers say it's done.

Old and New Houses

Lexington's housing spans everything from homes in historic districts like Gratz Park and Bell Court to newer subdivisions with finished basements. Plaster and old hardwood dry differently from drywall and laminate, and we plan for both.
